Update
We want to inform you that while the upgrade work will be ongoing throughout the maintenance window, all tasks are scripted and designed to minimize disruption. Our systems will be configured to reroute services around any components being actively worked on.
Based on our preparations, the expectation is that there will be very little to no impact on your ability to send or receive faxes during this maintenance. We are taking all necessary precautions to ensure a seamless maintenance window and maintain continuous service.

Please be advised that the ETHERFAX system will be undergoing scheduled hardware and software upgrades to our network devices. This maintenance is necessary to improve system performance, enhance security, and ensure the continued reliability of our services. Engineers will be performing the updates beginning Friday (2025-04-11) evening and continuing through Sunday (2025-04-13). This work has been scripted to minimize impact to customers.
